My practice is centered on embracing neurodiversity, as I am neurodivergent myself. With firsthand experience of living with chronic illness and pain, I offer a unique perspective that resonates with many of my clients. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges like ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Complex PTSD, and navigating general life frustrations.
